Revenues Officer

Permanent Contract, Full time 37 hours per week, Grade 2
Salary from £17,364 to £22,358 per annum with progression based on performance

We are seeking a conscientious, hard-working individual to join our small revenues team to help us provide an efficient and effective service to our customers.

Previous experience working in a revenues team is not essential. Successful candidates will be developed following a comprehensive training programme and on the job support.

We are looking for applications from individuals who are well organised, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, ideally with GCSEs in Maths and English. Applicants should also have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and show attention to detail by presenting clear and accurate information.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post.
