We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Financial Processing team, and to ensure that we provide an efficient and effective service to our stakeholders.

You will be responsible for collecting the Housing Services outstanding debts and ensure that customer accounts are updates accurately and correctly. The role also involves reporting the Housing Services debt positon and working closely to build positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will need to be well organised, have the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and demonstrate a high standard of customer service. In return, we can offer you an interesting and challenging role.

** Please note ** On 1st November 2018, it was announced by the government that the five councils in Buckinghamshire will become a Single Unitary Authority in April 2020 [Aylesbury Vale DC, Buckinghamshire CC, Chiltern DC, South Bucks DC & Wycombe District Council.
