We’re looking for a talented and experienced digital content team leader to join our communications and improvement team.

What you’ll be doing
As the Digital Content Team leader, you’ll champion digital content and services and ensure that there is continued improvement and development of our website, our intranet, our social media channels and other emerging digital services.

You’ll be leading a small team, delivering the digital content work programme and supporting our Digital First programme.

Who we’re looking for
With a passion for all things digital, you’ll be a team player who has a proven track record of:
• managing web or digital projects
• excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, persuade and be diplomatic
• working in a content role on a large corporate website or intranet
• understanding, reviewing and advising on accessibility and usability
• understanding basic HTML, CSS and other web technologies and standards
• managing your own time, using your initiative, being exceptionally organised and working to tight deadlines.
